Leadership and Business Assessments
Coaching is powerful, but it's not always the right starting point. This short assessment helps you work out whether coaching will create real value for you now, or whether a different approach would serve you better first.

Wheel of Life
Sometimes the challenge isn't effort or intent. It's perspective. The Wheel of Life is a simple but effective way to step out of the day-to-day and take an honest look at how different areas of your life are currently sitting. Not how they should look. How they actually feel.

How to use it:
- Review each area (work, health, relationships, finances, personal growth) individually
- Score each from 1 to 10 based on your current experience, not what it should look like
- Mark your scores and connect them to see the shape clearly
- Pause before acting. Where is it uneven? Where are you investing heavily? What's getting neglected?
- Choose one area. Resist fixing everything at once. One meaningful step forward is enough.
The goal isn't a perfectly balanced life. It's building awareness and intentional movement, so that where you invest time and energy becomes a choice, not a drift.
